judiciary and common man

Last few years had been  one of the bests in terms of judiciary's attention w.r.t PIL

 and other petitions under section 32.

Further establishment of quasi judicial forums such as consumer forums at district, state and national levels have is done.

I wish to seek your opinions on these two aspects:

1.

In your opinion justice as envisioned and executed by PIL'S / under section 32 has been really an ordainary man's accomplishments as is lauded.

if yes why and if no why?

2. About establishment  of quasi judicial institutions such as consumer forums, the main idea while forming them was to provide to a common man a platform that shall have judicial powers as other courts and yet common man won't need any lawyer to use them.

in your view, has it been accomplished?

if yes, please justify.

if no, please suggest what should be done ( which u urself will be glad to do, if required) to make it beneficial to we, the common people of India?
